My frigidaire front load washing machine model #GLTF2940FS1 give a E3-20 code and will not drain

The usual factory warrenty periord on the Frigidare Affinity washer is 1 Year from date of purchase. You can find your Model number and serial number of your washer on the inside of the door. It is on a white label towards the bottom of the dorr.
