Razor Scooter ground fOrce go cart wont go

The E100 is a Kick Start scooter, the Rear Wheel has to be Spun for it to start. This scooter will not start from a motionless position.

Could be the battery.
Put the Scooter on a block so the rear tire is raised. Remove the standing plate to reveal the battery compartment.
Charge the Unit completely

1. Using a multimeter measure the voltage across the batteries. If the voltage is below 20 volts batteries are dead - Replace batteries.
2. Now for a running test. Turn the throttle and spin the rear tire to preform a kick start. Still measuring the voltage. If the voltage is Below 20 volts or if the voltage drops quickly batteries are dead - Replace batteries.
3. If the voltage is remaining around 24 volts for a long period - then you could have connector problems, clean and tighten all connectors.
I use a fiberglass electronic cleaning brush, as contact cleaners leave residue that interfere with electrical connections.

Razor ground force go cart

I don't think this would be a problem, as long as the wheels fit the axle properly, both in diameter, and length of shaft.

Dull razor blades after moisturizing stripe wears off

Expensive replaceable cartridges are only made to offer 4-6 "good" shaves for most people. Sorry - that's the deal. You can strop cartridges (in on direction only) on denim and pick up maybe a dozen more - search youtube for examples. I finally gave up on carts and moved to a straight razor; a razor or two will last for a lifetime with good care. There IS a learning curve for safe use and maintenance procedures. Find a straight razor forum if you want great shaves and good advice on what to buy, what not to buy and how to be safe.

Double edged safety razors are also a very good alternative for better, smoother shaves and WAY less expensive blades. Same advice - find a razor forum to save money, buy right and avoid nicks.
