How do i fix my ariens lawn mower

Does sound like the the throttle control govener linkage is either in need of adjusting, The throttle control govener linkage is the part that connects the throttle to the internal engine part a mechanizum that will activate the throttle when the engine is put under a load, to keep the engine from stalling and to increase the RPM Rotations per minute of the engine when their is a load on the engine, by advancing the throttle control in the intake manifold . Or the linkage is binding and not activating properly ! Check to see if the throttle plate does move freely and is not stuck.and that the wire type linkage is connected to the throttle plate !
