i have two x-series server but in one server with one power cords it is showing green light but in case of another server it is comming yellow light.

SOURCE: Raid configuration

When your system boots up you should see an option to access your raid controller if not or if your system doesn't see the controller at all you will have to download the utility software from IBM, but you need to be careful any change you make in the configuration of the disks will delete all data on your drives. This is non-recoverable loss. The utility has help and is fairly easy to understand.

Sounds like an overheat issue or ram issue. Look up the beep codes if there are any

You can if your system meets the minimum hardware requirement for Server '08. Check Microsoft website for more detail. You may need to up your memory if it is not above 2GB free and hard drive need at least 1GB for os to install.

strange. with 4gb of ram, it should be fast. try to install better version of windows like win 7. it could help you. just don't install vwindows vista cause is slow as hell. let me know if it worked
