1. try to cleaning head 2. remove the black cartridge only, (if it doesn,t changed after you cleaned head) 3. provide some warm/hot water on a bowl or plate. 4. enter the HEAD of black cartridge in to hot water. soak with depth about 2mm up to 5mm. while you see the ink is come out.... 5. after the black ink has come out. pat dry with a paper towels/tissue. 6. replace the cartridge in to printer. 7. cleaning head again and print test page good luck....
You can't turn it off on this model. If you don't want to use paper, that is fine, but just make sure you take out the ink roller so it doesn't build up ink in the printer. then you can run it without paper and it won't be damaged.
If you are using regular letter size continuous printer paper, load the paper normally with the machine turned off. You can even turn the knob to feed the paper through, it doesn't matter how far. Turn the printer back on and press "PARK" button. Then press the "FF/LOAD" button and when you begin printing it will automatically print at the top of form (TOF). If the TOF ever gets thrown off you can press "LINE FEED" until the tear is where you want it and press "SHIFT" > "TOF" to back back to the previous page (or top of form). Simply put, pressing "PARK" then "LOAD" should set the tear where you need it.
ok! printers are the most difficult machines to work with you must be very patient ok! Now just turn your printer off and then turn on make sure that your computer recognizes your printer driver if not you are going to run in a whole lots of trouble once thats cool do a printer test page and if that doesnt work you need to reply back to me ok!
