The heating element on the top part off oven might be bad or a fuse that's located on back of oven either on or behind back panel.

I assume yiu had the electronic oven control repaired. Sometimes the touch pad also goes bad. I have had to replace them at the same time. If the oven indicator lights showing the oven being on shows up on the display it could be that the thermal fuse behind the oven has gone out. this in in the common line and will shut down both ovens at the same time but you will get the control panel to respond to the touch pad.

Disconnect power to the range.
Remove the rear panel cover.
Disconnect....then re-connect all the wires on the oven control.
Replace the panels.
Plug the range in and try it again.
If this does not work the ERC(clock) must be replaced.
