I think you have tell wrong model .
Please try find out the temperature controller. Your freezer should able to adjust temperature from 0 - 18 Deg. F

i think yor freezer.s inside insulation has been damage or warn out so please contcet to your freezer maintenance personnel for replace it .
Probably a freon lean and not worth repairing. You can never find the leak in a chest freezer. Recharging will buy a little time but you can never reallly trust it again.
