You can get the entire convergence repair kit which contains all the parts listed at the following link its called the AV48WP30 Convergence repair kit , but it applies to your model as well, and they include free installation instructions.

Its actually a easy repair but its recommended that the convergence resistors need replacement as well. You can get the parts at the following link and they provide free detailed instructions with pictures. You need two STK392-110 Convergence ICs and you would need the JVC convergence Resistor kit #1 also. Heres the link.

You need to pull the front grill cover/panel off the front of the tv. Remove screws (4) from back that hold it on, also 2 small ones behind front video input door. Then remove access panel. The ckt board closest to you is the convergence amplifier board. You should replace both amplifiers (stk392-110 or 120) and any burnt/open resistors you find near the amps.(use the same value resistors as the corresponding resistors in the blue amp ckt)

you also need to check and replace low value resistors in that circiut.they are all 1 watt, usually they get discolored when stressed.R842 2.2 ohm,R854 and R846 1.5 ohm,R850 2.2 ohm,R858 3.3 ohm,R862 1.8 ohm.they must be the exact value available in MD from surburban electronics.please note stk392-110 upgrade to stk392-150 for future referance.ONCE AGAIN CHECK ALL LOW VALUE RESISTORS
SOURCE: JVC AV56wp74 convergence. Resistor before ICs?
It's recommended to replace all the defective parts first because if you only replace the defective resistor, it might burnt again if the convergence IC is shorted internally. I would also suggest to measure the other low value resistors with multimeter.
Testimonial: "Thanks! I'll just replace everything. I was leaning on starting new anyway. Thanks for the fast response!"
