Remove the service panel, look for a loose or leaky hose. hose is inexpensive and easy to replace. if its coming from the cylinder and is cracked or split, it will need to be replaced. many companys will give you a 1 year contract of buying there water they deliver and you get a free water cooler.

Refrigerator Water Dispenser Leaks?
Refrigerator Water Dispenser Leaks show that the refrigerator's water system has a problem. To fix this problem, open the filter compartment and pull out the filter and push it back in so that it is secure in place. Push compartment cover until it clicks.
Try replacing the Water Valve. It is located in the back of the refrigerater, left side. You should see three tubes connected to it. This part fixes the following symptoms - Leaking water, Water dispenser will not dispense water, Ice maker will not make ice and Ice maker won't dispense ice. GE part#WR57X10032. The Water Valve is extreemly easy to replace. Only takes about 15 mins total time to remove, install and confirm. I just replaced mines..my problem went from leaking water to no water was dispensing at all. I have the GE Profile, it uses the same water valve as your GE Monogram. This problem is common and can be difficult to solve, first of all you have a air leak and because of this, your dispenser leaks. Check every connection for the water system, starting from the back of the unit at the valve. Disconnect the water to the tank first, put the water valve in a bucket and hit the dispenser switch to see if the valve leaks after dispensing water, if it does, replace valve, if not continue in to refer section behind crispers. (this is behind the veggie bins can you see any water at the bottom? If so, repair the leak and continue forward. Check under freezer door at the connection to assure not leaks of water. Again this is a process and after all of this is done or check, one of these solutions should solve your issue. I know not a simple answer but this will correct the issue when everything is checked. i had the same issue twice. 2 suggestions 1) Remove the front grill at the bottom and you will see a plastic water line. Inspect it to see if it is leaking. Turn on the water dispenser when you are looking at the line. 2) pull out the refrigerator and remove the lower panel. Follow the plastic water lines to a solenoid valve and inspect the lines when you activate the water dispenser. water may leak from where the lines go into the solenoid value. if may be a simple fix like cutting the ends off the lines and reinserting into the solenoid valve.
Hi!!! Yes you can fix it by installing an antisyphon device on your water line leading to the water dispenser..remember i've done this for many years repairing frigs and they all do this they all leak water out alittle bit..Good luck..
