Did the rubber tare when it got twisted? If not did you remove the rubber below and reinstall it. If not then it may of slipped and could be causing a bind in the drum.

I have Kenmore Elite HE3 Front Load Model 110.5862400. The rubber gasket/bellow got wadded up with clothes and popped out along with the clamp. How do I put back together. There is no damage but I don't...

The following link explains the steps required to install a door bellow on a front loader:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3574186-installing_a_door_bellow_on_a_front_load

Inspect the bellow and the front and rear clamps to ensure they are not damaged. If the bellow has any rips or tears, it must be replaced or it will leak.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: Overloading the washer can contribute to items getting caught in the bellow and causing premature wear. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for proper loading.

Wash machine noisy during spin cycle and clothes still wet

what did you take off? to remove the pump there are 2 clips. then after removing this there are 2 more clips forget about the screws if you had them. If you had screws one did not fall into the motor did it? Anyway if you had 1/4 inch screws you can toss them. if you removed the clips from the motor and took the motor down did you align the coupler correctly? there is a 3 pronged plastic peice on the motor also there is a 3 pronged plastic peice on the transmission. between the two is a rubber grommit. make sure everything is ligned up. check these things first and let me know.

I hear noise but the drum will not spin in spin cycle.

when you spin it by hand dose it feel free or restricted? if rstricted you may have a peice of clothing between the two tubs.if free you can have a worn clutch.but it would agaitate fine.if wont agaitate or spin it may be your drive coupler.and if the drive coupler failed your washer will still drain.if you need more help you can email me thru FixYa God bless ,tom

Stains on clothing

Usually black oily stains are a symptom of a rear main drum bearing starting to go bad. The seal goes bad first and the packing grease will start to weep out as water gets into the bearings. Is the washer starting to get loud during any spin cycle? If so, I think your bearing is starting to go. It's not a cheap fix, either. The whole back shell of the outer wash tub has to be replaced because the bearings are molded into the plastic. I hope this is helpful in some way.
