start with battery ,got juice go to starter ,if cranks,. go to fuel filter, pull drain plug drain some fuel to make sure theres no water. if no crank inspect wire to starter and ingination. cold weather can cause problems with start
200- 215 or 190, or even 150 on the oil temp . The water temp runs about 15 degrees less than the oil temp. according to Caterpillar. hope this helps; I think there are many variables- how new/old, etc...
