My Fixya expert utility doesn't work. Error

I get an error (oxc0000135) application failed to initialize properly when attempting to boot the fixya expert utility. It is, indeed, ironic, but any help is useful.

    This is so ironic. Thats what I've been doing for three days now for other people on Fixya. It never even occurred to me. Thanks.

Download and install the .NET Framework from this link : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en

A quick Google search tells me this error means you are running .NET programs without having it installed. Surf to Windows update and patch .NET layer to your system. Horizons requires at least version 1.1 I think.

What service packs are installed in your system,
xp and vista both need to have thier updates installed
and the machines need to be shut down & restarted,
this will help save the new settings,
Uninstall the Fixya Utility,and Reboot. then try reinstall Fixya again

Try to uninstall your fixya expert utility software then restart you PC to re update  its new stteings and OS Load balancing and then reinstall again the fixya Expert Utility then let it run. But if the problem is still the same then i recommend to download the fixya exprt utility then make it sure it downloads properly then reinstall the new downloaded fixya expert utility.

Yahoo messenger will not even attempt to come on. All I get is a window that says YahooMessenger.exe Application Error Application faied to initialize properly(OxcO150002)
The error clearly says that the application is having problem so it couldn't be opened or run. Your only option to repair the Yahoo! Messenger or to re-install it (both a more or less similar). First of all, download the yahoo messenger and then install it, once everything is done correctly, it should work properly.

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).
When attempting to run Microsoft .Net based applications, you may get the following error on startup:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)
The cause of this error is that the Microsoft .Net framework is not installed or is damaged in some way. Therefore applications will fail to launch.
To fix this error you can run Windows Update and find the Microsoft .Net framework update to install. Alternatively, you can download the Microsoft .Net Framework directly from Microsoft.

Try to re-install the software, else create a new short cut for that application from the applications folder like creating a short cut, maybe the problem is with the application shortcut.

I'm having the same problem, not quite sure whether it is happending due to upgrade to IE 8 or Windows Installer 4.5 installation. Cleanup and re-install of Yahoo Messenger 10 won't help. The YahooMessenger.exe fails to initialize right during the installation process.

i had the windows enterprise suit pop up on the computer just before this had happned and it was conflicting several of my programs I couldnt even run any type of scan so i forwarded the problems to my hewitt packard live team and they ran a scan using malwarebytes and got rid of a rouge virus and several other viruses that had attached to several programs they originated from google search engines is what hp told me and my fireforx never even caught it but any way i am now virus free and good to go and my expert utility is now working great
