Test the voltage to the bulbs and see if it meets specs. May be a power supply problem.

You can get a replacement remote online. I checked this site and they do have a remote for your model. $62

check on sides of tv you should see a little square cover, open it remove the lamp and replace it, and put it in. that should fix your problem, if you need more help please feel free to call me at anytime. 602-810-7149

Set the remote to "TV" and 'VCR". Press the sleep timer once and "0 Minutes" will show up on the screen. Afterward, press and hold the "Display" and "Video Status" buttons simultaneously and then let go. A menu will show up on the screen, then press "#2" on the key pad. A new menu will show up on the screen, then shut the power off. I was told it could take up to 3 times for this to work. Hope this helps.

The bulb part number is: TS-CL110UAA. Take out the bulb and look inside from the front side. Visually inspect any physical damage inside. If it looks clean, lamp might be good

HELLO Iit can be accessed thru the front of the set. you will have to remove the screws that hold the speaker panel on the front of your set. !!! after removing the speaker panel you will see a small square box with a handle with two screws holding it on, you will have to unscrew those and pull on the handle to remove. hope this helps. IF this is in the screen... there has been issues where the entire light engine has to be replaced...
