I have tried over and over to do the contact you on the website but it won't let me. I do not want this membership. I did not ask for it and I will not pay for it. You cancel it NOW! If a charge shows up on my credit card. I will file a grievance against it. If it shows up on my bank statement I will file a stop payment and criminal miss billing. If it show up on my pay pal payment. I will fiel an objection. The problem is that I don't even know what account information you have. All I know is I didn't ask for it and I didn't want it. Stop it now!

Hi, it would be a good idea to contact your bank and pay pal and tell them to refuse any payment request with regard to Amazon. Better to stop it now than have to fight for your money back later. As you don't know how Amazon has your details your ID could've been hacked on another account. I would act urgently to change my login details for EVERY online account that I have.
It may be necessary to log into your Amazon account
and click help, or look under your account lists and find the item you do not want. The option should then be available to you to file a grievance, cancel the order, or clear up any possible misunderstanding. I have found Amazon to be very cooperative is helping to clear up any issues their customers might have. Sadly there is no phone number to contact an Amazon.com representative that I am aware of.
Go to Amazon, at the bottom of the page there is a unsubscribe, click on it, it will direct you to another page wanting to know why you want to unsubscribe. I just ignore it and press unsubscribe now.
Have you been issued a new credit card? The expiry date on the site may have passed.

You do not have to cancel your account.
Go to My Account and scroll down the screen a bit until you see 'Settings' in brown text on the left. Looking immediately to the right now, select (in blue text) 'Change Account Settings' (click on that). On the page that appears at the top is a box which offers the option to change about 4 things - one is 'E-mail' - click on the Edit button for that item, and follow instructions.
If you must close your account Amazon say "To close your account, please contact us to request that your account be closed."

Then you go to amazon official site. When you get to the shopping page there.Scroll to the bottom of the page and go to contact us / contact customer support and it will give you the option to send an email or call. Also if you placed an order with amazon, go to the confirmation email you recieved, their contact info is at the bottom of the page. Hoped I helped.
