The driver can't instul by windows 7.
IT'S ALLWAYS STANDS IN THE MANUAL WICH Os ARE
COMPATIBLE WITH THE MOTHERBOARD.
There are a lot of drivers that will not install under Win7.
I set up one last month, and I think it was necessary to use Win8.1,
32 bit with the default Microsoft drivers,
but my memory is in very poor shape.

Sounds like you need to go to the manufactures website and download the latest drivers. I would do this for the motherboard and any equipment plugged into it (soundcard, graphics adapter, monitor, printer). Update everything. Then you might also trying cleaning up things. For example: how full is the recycle bin? When was the last time you defragged the harddrive? How much stuff do you have running in the background? Is windows up to date? When was the last virus/malware scan done and is the software upto date? All these things should be looked at.
