Theyre not Diodes, Theyre resistors and they are R-7011-R7016 they are all 2.2 ohm 2watt metal film resistors

Picture ok with a 6 inches blue vertical line from top to botton

For a five or 7 inch band we have a fix. Six is a big problem. A vertical band is either a sync condition requiring an adjustment of one or more pots on the circuit board. Usually the condition is Horizontal and rarely up and down the screen. LED is generally very reliable and two of 3 colors within the diode in your case (one red and one green) are not working. If this TV is in Warranty, replace it as you cannot fix this yourself.

Does a lamp error message (6 blinking red status lights) mean the lamp needs to be replaced? or could something else be wrong.

According to NEC technical support, if the status light flashes red six times, this could indicate a defective lamp. If a new lamp is installed and the project still won't turn on, the projector will need service.

Ada 880 blowing fuses

Good chance a shorted diode on the other end of the pcb where the big wire harness connects.
Four little 1N4001 diodes (D10 through D13 I think) and Two diode bridges (the black sqares standing off the board on four legs).

You need a meter to check them. Any one of those six could be the problem. If it's one on the 1N4001's
then you should replace them all and upgrade to 1N4007's.

I just upgraded some some parts on my ADA880 sub pcb today. Love the sound of this system no longer use it with my computer - have it hooked up to a DVD player with digital out. So basic but so awesome.

No picture no sound

6 blinks = power supply error
on this model, a thermal fuse under the lamp will blow for no reason causing this issue. it can be fixed with a new thermal fuse or just a wire will bypass the fuse. remember if you bypass then you've eliminated your fire safegard. the fuse is usually big and metal and will check open with an ohm meter. to get it out, you have to pull the engine and remove the tray piece its attached to. complicated procedure, let me know if you need it. the newer type fuse (non-defective)is like $15 from sony i believe. if you complain to sony they may cover the cost as this is happening to many tvs

Sony Grand WEGA KDF-55E2000

in this set 3 blinks means lamp cover not set properly but i think that your problem is your 6x red blinks that means you have a problem in the audio section in your set(missing a voltage) or a themal fuse open.

RCA 56925 Projection TV

Good Day, enap;
With no control of the convergence on the TV, you more then likely have a Digital Convergence Power Supply Failure.
Cause: CR19710/CR19713 Diode Failure.
Part Number: New part with added reliability, 227066.
The board is a small one it is about 3" x 6", it's mounted in different places on the TV depending upon the exact/full model number, but it will be located on right side of the TV looking from the back.
Hope this will be helpful, Good Luck, big IRISH.
