Turn it round and check the electrics for the compressor are dry. You probably flooded them when defrosting and may have shorted something. If it still won't start with everything dried out, call a fridge technician

Its defrost problem, the freezer should cool, then freeze, then defrost cycle should start. In your case freezer is cooling, then freezing, but its not defrosting. That's why fridge section is not cooling.-------

The leading cause of the refrig.not working while the freezer does is because the freezer is not automatically defrosting as its supposed to,do you see frost build up on the back wall inside the freezer?? if yes their is frost build up in=side of the freezer its not defrosting.

Your unit has one condensor unit, so if the freezer side is freezing, then the problem has to be in the freezer section.

First check to make sure that the fan is operating in the unit. If it isn't then it is probably the fan, BUT maybe not bad so hold off replaceing it. If the fan is working then you probably, have a defrost problem - when the defrost assembly stops working ice build up behind the rear panel in the freezer compartment so the thermostat gets a false reading and won't send tell the fan to kick on to send cold air to the refrigerator section.

So you will need to take the food out of the freezer, remove the shelves, remove the inner rear panel in the freezer compartment and look for ice build up. If you find it, then you can either unplug and leave the door open to defrost or use a hair dryer to hurry the defrost up - DON'T USE HOT WATER!

Once defrosted, you can dry the unit out and then turn it back on, use your make and model number to order the defrost assembly, but you can use your refrigerator and freezer until it arrives.

have you checked the door seals, if it has split it won`t freeze 100% as warm air will get in and keep the temperature up, bit like leaving the door slowly open hth

A lot of problems have been reported with this model,with the defrost timer not moving,Like a clock stopping,the defrost timer has stopped,and won`t allow the compressor to freeze the freezer unit.Most likely not to cool in the refrigerator either is it?If I can help anymore,let me know,but have the defrost timer checked or replaced.

your freezer had a heater and a bi metal behind its pannel. if they won't work properly than you would face problem like this.......contact your service authority. it cannot be solved by your own

ok,is the freezer fan working?is there frost buildup in the freezer?it sound like you have a defrost problem whick means your defrost timer,defrost heater or defrost sensor has failed,you need to check all the defrost parts to pin point the problem,let me know what you find-mike
