Take off the back panel and cut the insullation as in the photo and this will never happen again. What happens is the water gets trapped and then ice forms and builds up and causes the blockage.

The problem persist..
I tested the Fan Freezer is ok.
I tested the resistor is ok.
The evaparator coil is completly clean.....
When I connected to the AC, start running ok. up to more or less 3 min, then go to ERR FF, and keep this status permanently. Then I unplug from AC and plug again, start display ok, then after few minute go and go fo ERR FF, any command not respond........
So, please foward me to another posible fixing......

I unplug the unit for a least 8 hour and the frid become good, Now after 2 week working now present RR FS.
I'll do the same disconect and clean of ice and restart again, but I have now a question:
What it's the recommended tempreterature setting for freeze and refrigitator on tropical whether enviroment?
