It is generally very difficult to find service manuals since the manufacturers try very hard to keep them out of the customer's hands. eBay is probably a good place to keep on eye for a manual for sale from a private party. You can also try joining a Viking/Husqvarna user group (ie Yahoo Groups) where you may reach a user with the manual you seek.

Paypal is free to join and is owned by EBAY The visa emblem should not have been associated with Paypal which has its own emblem. Are you sure it went via paypal? Did you get a confirmation email from paypal to say that you had sent money to your seller?
Its possible that the seller has not been paid and so no item will be received. Contact your bank to determine if that amount has been withdrawn from your account. or pending in card services ( visa)

Alan your message is a bit confusing but i will try and sort things out for you.
1) Beware of uing any credit cards on Ebay!
2) join Paypal its free and your CC info is protected from all those ebay shonks. If your goods dont arrive or they are not as described you can easily reverse thew payment through paypakls dispute system.
3) you can send paymenyts to anyone with an ekmail address even if they have not yet joined Paypal.
4)Most Ebay sellers accept Paypal so that makes it easy anyway.

I recommend joining Paypal it has saved me from a few crooks in the past and i rest at night knowing my CC is not being sed in HK or somke chinese village to pay for luxuries.
