CHECK THE MANUAL BOOK THAT COME WITH THE UNIT IF YOU HAVE ONE. IF DO NOT HAVE ONE GO TO SEARSE ADWARD STORE THE FILTER THAT MADE FOR YOUR UNIT THERE WILL BE AN INSTUCTION PAPER ON OR INSIDE THE BOX THAT WOULD GUIDE YOU TO THE PROCESS. ANYWAY YOU CAN LOOK UNDER THE DOOR LELF OR RIGHT SIDE. OR OPEN THE DOOD LOOK ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER IT MAY BE UNDER A SMALL COVER
yes that does sound like a bad evap fan motor then unable to circulate air aorund and off hte evap thus building up frost.you can pull the wire leads of the fan motor and ck for 110v. to confirm that you are indeed getting power to the motor.
