The drain pump for your washing machine could either be broken or faulty or clogged or the drain house and pump need to be replaced.

OK....I am here to RESCUE you...1st, DON"T do that anymore! You will get wet! LOL. Simple solution. You need a New Drain Pump replaced and installed. Once that is done. I do NOT want to hear about you going down there anymore and doing....That! LOL...
Your machine will be happy and spin.and drain all day Long!

check for a kink drain hose are you have lint clog up in you pump ,you have to take the lower front panel off to see the pump depend on your model.you may have the pump in back of your washer.

I would need the complete model # to get you a breakdown showing the piece i believe to be broken and in need of replacement. I believe this Kenmore F.L. was built by Frigidaire and they have had a problem with a specific piece on this machine. I will be glad to help once you get me the full model, should be around the opening of the door.

Does it have a code...the access panel in on the front..above the drawers..screws are under so look for them...also go to their web site Kenmore.com and the have a help section.

Adjust the motor mount so the pulleys are aligned.

Brute force may be necessary.

this sounds impossible,hold old is the washer? how long are the hoses to the washer?is it the temp pressure valve on the heater that bursts? can you hear the water draining out the drain pipe, this machine don't go into spin till the water has been drained.

You are probably using too much soap and softner. You only need about 1 Tablespoon of each for a full load with a front load machine. Run it with nothing it in except bleach. If you see bubbles inside that means there's left over soap in the tub. Keep running it empty (with bleach) until you don't see bubbles anymore then start using less soap.

i have the agitator dogs, but my agitator is not turning. Can you help me in getting it off. kenmore model 11022954100. please help !!!!!! wife is tearing me up!
