How do i get rid of the call service message

Pull the toner and developer (they come out as one unit unless you delibrately seperate them) out of the top of the printer. Open the side door on the print and remove the waste toner bottle. You'll see a gray button above where the bottle was. Push the button and pull the drum out about a half and inch. Push back in firmly until it clicks. Reinstall bottle and reinstall toner and developer. Should work from there, but you may have to power off, then power on.
