Does not turn on

You are hard bricked... try an external charger but it sounds like you need a new phone

try turning it on and off or try to see if you need a new batery in the back of your phone if not goto the verizon store

well try taking the phone apart and get the light out of the phone

the firmware need to be reflash on the phone to correct this problem take the phone to a mobile center and have them reflash it for you..

There is a JTag Tool Exist for such problems and it is the only way !

I had the same problem with my Delve, but it froze when I was taking a picture. After about an hour of freaking out I figured out what worked for me. I took another phone and called myself; which made it unfreeze. Then after it unfroze I restarted it. I don't know if this will work for you or not, but it worked for me. Hope it helps :D

hold power button in on phone while its connected to computor or hold while it is disconected has worked on other things that i have froze using computer

Well the screen most probably froze because it was overworking itself. i dont really understand though you cant turn it on?

On the back of your phone right under the camera there is a small tab. Press it upwards and the battery should pop off.
