Lost keys in washer - Whirlpool GHW9400 Front Load Washer

Try Kenmore see if they sell replacement keys or a locksmith maybe able to help .

seems as if the washer is in child lock mode pressing and holding a key related to the child lock for four seconds will unlock the washer and allow you to use the washer again

You will need to try and see if you have a front access panel you can take apart from the unit, underneath the drum and access the pump area and see if you can locate your lost keys.
