Sorry about that, squeeze a lemon into hot water and let it cool a little bit then drink the lemon water while its still warm,on top of that eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with in no time you will no-longer be constipated
You obviously need more fluids and fiber in your diet. Actually, fiber can be somewhat constipating itself when not taken with fluid: water, juice, soup, or whatever. Start your day with a good breakfast, including fresh fruit and wheat toast, or a whole grain cereal, such as Grapenuts or hot rolled oats. Oats contain a type of fiber that has a lubricating effect. Breakfast helps get the lower g.i. tract moving, at a time when it's most active, being full from the previous day. The new breakfast biscuits like Belvita are an excellent source of soft fiber, and come in many flavors, including chocolate chip; we use them to replace cookies in our diet. Right before you use the bathroom, it helps dramatically to drink a full glass of water. The body being like a potted plant, water can get things moving within minutes. It may also help to get up and walk around. Keep a list of vegetables and fruits that loosen you up, such as cherries or plums, and be sure to eat them with every meal. Ready-made salad greens labeled "Spring Medley" and the like contain natural lacsatives. Another food that might help is popcorn.
Drink 4 glasses of water and jump up and down for 15 minutes.
