Hi, have you checked inside your computer with the power on?
The problem may be as simple as the cooling fan on your heatsink not working.
also check if you have a case fan and see if that is working.
If these are running, then check that ALL POWER CABLES TO THE MOTHERBOARD are plugged in tight. If all this fails you will need to test your power pack. If you have a multimeter test that the power cables to the board have power,
Grey is neutral, black negative and the rest are either 5v, 6v, or 12v.
If you can not do this test then swap the power pack from your other computer and see how this works, let us know if this fails
