Does your belt have a product code on it such as 80S3M564 or 60S3M471 etc. ..etc...? or is it one of the belts that has no code?

How to refit a belt on a bosch classix washing machine 05

if you have the right size of belt then i can guide you how to replace, i personally had not seen the machine and i presume you can do it.first get a tough plastic shopping bag and put on a safety glove. take the power plug out of the wall socket, first put the belt on the big wheel now to put the belt in small wheel, take the shopping bag through the belt and place the belt on the pulley with the shopping bag area under the pulley while you hold the two ends of the bag not to put your hand nearer the pulley, now with the help of another hand gradually turn the big wheel holding carefully and with the shopping big to act as a slippery material helping belt to move in the smaller pulley track. you may have to apply a little strength but ensure that your hands or finger does not get in between the pulleys and the belt at any cost.
once the belt fits in the pulley remove the plastic shopper and turn the bigger pulley a few rounds to check every thing is ok.
congratulations now you had successfully installed the belt.
hope this helped you

What stops the drive belt coming off its pulley?.

Hi, The belt is held to the motor by a series of grooves and then around the big pulley. If everything is in alignment, the belt stays centered on the pulley. If the pulley becomes loose or the bearing shaft it rides on go bad, the belt will not stay on and it needs to be seriviced. Hope this helps.

I dont know how to releave the tension to remove the belt

If you are talking about a serpentine belt on a car; you need to locate the tensioner pulley. A tensioner pulley is spring loaded to press on the belt to ensure the the belt stays on "track". It is usually located towards the top of your belt pulley system. Turn the nut located in the center of the tensioner pulley. That will relieve the tension and allow you to replace your serpentine belt.7fabd47.png

Help i found a broken belt in my ge washing machine wbvh5100hww i bought a new belt and tried to replace it, whenever i try to spin it to see if the belt will stay in place the belt slowly starts to come...

Are the two pulleys lined up with each other? Is the belt tight when installed? Make sure the motor is firmly attached at it's mounting. Is the drum or motor pulley hard to turn by hand? Make sure that neither pulley is wobbling or loose on it's shaft. Hope that some of this helps!

Kneeding seems to jam frequently

Hi, Take the bread pan and paddle out of the machine and see if the paddle spins freely by hand. If it sticks then the sealed bearing is failing. If everything is good here, check the tension on the belt pulley. The belt may be too loose to spin the paddle freely under load. Belt and motor is inside the base of the machine. Good Luck..Hank

Oster 5834 not mixing ingredients well before rising & baking

Hi,
Take the bread pan and paddle out of the machine and see if you can spin the paddle by hand. If it moves freely, then it could be the belt is loose on the pulley inside the base of the machine, or the pulley or motor itself is not right. Either check the belt or exchange it at the store or check warranty. It is obviously a defect. Good Luck, Hank

Sqeaking when kneading oster 2 loaf bread machine - how to oil?

Hi,
Take out the bread pan and go to a kneading cycle. See if it is squeaking. If yes, then it could be the belt squeaking on the pulley or the motor itself. If it does not squeak when the pan is out, then it's the bread pan paddle and sealed bearing. That sealed bearing is lubed and sealed. It can't be oiled. Hank

I need to know how to install the new belt

The following link explains how to install the belt on a Whirlpool Duet front loader:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3059652-drive_belt_installation_whirlpool_duet

This is an easy process, but it may take some effort to get the belt on the pulley. It is designed for a tight fit in order for the belt to stay in place on the tub pulley with no play in it. There is no tensioner and you do not loosen any motor mounts. Just make sure you hold the belt tightly in place with your hands and turn the entire tub pulley (like a steering wheel) in a clock-wise direction. The belt will stay on after you turn the pulley far enough for it to grip and stay in place.

If you have not purchased a replacement belt yet, the part number for the model you have this listed under is 8181670.

If you have questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Paddle won't turn

Although my Oster breadmaker is older (5811) it had the same problem (frozen paddle) and I just fixed it today. First read this article on maintenance: http://www.breadmachinedigest.com/tips/bread-machine-maintenance.php, then watch this video on disassembling a breadmaker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReTBIc3qTT0. The good news is the bottom comes more easily than the video and the workings are easier. If your belt is fine (which mine was since Oster is grooved differently than the video) then First turn the big wheel by hand a few times to "unlock" it's stiffness. Then remove the big wheel and belt. Oil both of the spindles with MACHINE OIL ONLY (like the first article emphasizes)--I used sewing machine oil. Mind you, I did this with my machine upside down to be sure oil ran down the shafts. Then re-assemble. This was a BBBBitch to do until I discovered the spindle on the big wheel is shaped like an elongated D. Once you figure that out, it will drop down easily. I stretched the tight belt back on by fitting it first into the smaller paddle end (to be sure the grooves are in place) then putting it around the big wheel, holding loose part with thumb and turning the wheel until it fell into place--sort of like a tire machine. (see attached picture) Now give it a few more spins by hand (it should spin freely) and replace bottom of machine. Voila. Mine is working perfectly now, and I hope yours will too.

Belt replacement on GE top loader WJSE4150B2WW

Your post shows a model WJSR2070B and a model WJSE4150B2WW but in this case the procedure is the same. Use a putty knife to push in the clips at the top seam of the front panel, where the front meets the top, about two inches in from each side. Tilt front panel forward and lift off bottom pegs. Loosen the four nuts holding the motor with a 3/8 inch wrench so you can push the motor back a bit. Take old belt off. Install new belt (WH1X2026), putting belt around motor pulley, part way on big pulley, then turning big pulley by hand to ride it onto the big pulley. Use one hand to pull motor toward you to put a little tension on the belt as you tighten the four nuts under the motor.
