i think your timer control switch
has carbonized contacts...

so perhaps the contactors are blasted a bit

either this or look for a new program control

Dishwasher does not fill with water when started. Problem began slowly with dishes not rinsing completely. Overfill float appears to work properly. Water fills pipe leading to fill solenoid but does n

I am almost certain that your problem is the fill solenoid.

If it does not work, there will be no water entering your machine.

I would either remove it and test it or just replace it at this point.

Doesnot stop filling water

To javed_iqb904, does the drum actually fill or does it seem like that water is draining out as it's filling?

To neonllama19, if it fills with the tap on and the machine off, it sounds like a defective water valve. If it never stopped filling it sounds like a defective pressure switch or hose to the pressure switch is loose or diconnected.

Agitator always moving

The inner tub on some machines does rotate very slowly while filling to assist with the even distibution of the load. If the agitator is turning back & forth while in fill mode, you could have a timer or transmission problem. You need a tech.
