Go onto the Sansa site and find your product. Then try and see what downloads they offer for the player such as installation software or newer drivers.

How do you load movies on to the philips gogear aria?

Almost same as with the any sanza mp3 player

but instead of Sanza Media Converter you need Media Converter for Philips
1) download "Media Converter for Philips"
2) install the download
3) sync your Philips gogear with your computer
4) load "Media Converter for Philips"
5) Drag videos to the converter
6) click convert

the videos will automatically be transferred to your gogear in from there
