Your internet browser is remembering the name and password because at some point it asked if you wanted to save it and you said you did. click the forgot passoword/username and it will redirect you to your save security question, please make sure you still remember the security question you have registered.

U can reset your passward if u remember the security questions that u had answered at the time of creating the account.Go to "Forgot passward "options for getting those questions. You can also send request to google for restoring of your passward.
