It should have a CAL number engraved on the watch back and using this you can find instructions for download at www.accurist.co.uk under the after sales service area and downloads option.

Geoffrey Beene GBC0014GU. Can I get a watch manual please?

Question edited for clarity.

These are the most basic of watches with just a pull crown. For watches with the date, pull the crown to the first stop to adjust. To adjust the time, pull the crown to the second stop.

If yours is this one, it looks like the 3 Chrono Dials are just for show as it has no buttons, (it would need an additional three button at 2, 7 and 10 on the dial). And it is only 30 bucks.

Adjusting hands to markers

What you need to do is to pull the crown to step 2 (full out) and then push the chrono top chrono button. Then the second hand will start moving one tick a time all through the dial. Keep pushing it until you reach to zero. then push crown back in,, That's it.

Please clarify use of the 3 smaller dials and how the hands to each are set and reset

The small bottom dial is seconds counter and there is no option to set or reset it as it is part of the main gear train - it just counts the seconds. Top right dial is 1/10 seconds counter and runs only when the chronograph function is engaged. One full circle indicates 1 second. Top left dial is 30 minutes counter and runs only when the chronograph function is engaged. One full circle indicates 30 minutes, two circles = 1 hour. The big centre seconds hand is actually Chronograph hand and runs only when the chrono function is engaged. So, the chronograph hand and two top dials works all together when chrono function is engaged. To start chrono: push upper button once. To stop chrono: push upper button again (once). To return all hands to zero: push lower button once. There is another option: if you already stopped chrono by pushing upper button, but want to continue counting without returning hands to zero, push the upper button once more and the counting will start from the point where it stopped. You can repeat this as many as you wish - it will count on and on, till you will stop it and reset to zero. Fine tuning of chrono hands can be made by pulling the crown half way out and while leaving in this position pushing and holding one of the push buttons (which one - depends on movement caliber). Watch has an tachymeter function as well (big inner ring). Learn how to use it by browsing through my Tips and Tricks- it is explained there. Rate me, please.

Need to reset the tachymeter on my Guess Steel watch . The dial resets it's self to the "7" location instead of "12" on my watch. Is there a way to recalibrate the watch?

This is chronometer that's need reset. Tachymeter is usually located on bezel or inclined ring and is used for speed calculations of moving object over the given period of time. Ok, back to your chrono hand resetting. Pull out crown and then push the upper button and hold it. The chrono hand should start move and you should be able to adjust it. If this doesn't work, try the same with lower button. When adjusted - push the crown back in. In fact there are very many variations how to reset chrono hand, but exact advise can be given if the movement caliber of particular watch is known.

I purchased thr Citizen BL717459L at an auction. How do I set it?

Pull the crown out 2 clicks and rotate it to set the hands push it one click in to set the date. If you need to set your chrono hands or resynchronize them then pull the crown out 2 times and push the upper button until the hand is synchronized with the 12, the lower button should adjust the other dial the same way. If you have a third dial that needs synched only pull the crown out 1 click and push the top button to synch the hand on the dial.

I can't figure out how to adjust the offset chronograph

This is to adjust the seconds hand or minutes hand for the chronograph. Pull the crown out either one click or two ... depending on the models. Squeeze and hold the top and bottom buttons at the same time (timer stop and reset buttons). Hold down together for 2+ seconds. The chronograph hands should reset by spinning around and stopping at 0. If the don't stop right at zero, you can now adjust where they stop. Leave the crown where it is in that same position out. Press the top chronograph button and hold it down for fast movement or short presses for fine movement to adjust til it stops at the top. This will adjust where the seconds hand stops. Then click the bottom chrono button once. Repeat what you did with the top chrono button and it should allow you to fine tune the position for the next dial, and so on. When you are done, press the crown back in all the way to the normal position.

Luminox 8152 chrono

If you have your instruction manual it should tell you how to reset the chrono. i have the Luminox 8352 and it says to pull the crown out to the 3rd position. then press and hold both the start/stop and lap/reset buttons for a couple of seconds. you'll see the second hand rotate, then you can single click the start/stop button to manually move the second hand 1 second, or you can hold it and it will continue move for a longer period until time desired. if you need to adjust the other chrono hands, click the lap/reset button and then you can click the start/stop button again. repeat for the minute/hour chrono hand. when you're finished push the crown back in. it might work even though it's a different model, worth a shot? hope that helps. these are really great watches.

The watch stops instead of the chrono

On this type of watch the second should not be working unless you are in the chrono mode. The lower dial should be the only indication of the seconds when not in chrono mode. You probably need to have the chrono reset and shown how the functions work. Try a Fossil location they will be able to tell you how to work this watch. It does not sound like this is a major problem.
