Hi i need to replace my springs and shocks on my gq patrol and cant find any info on what torque the nuts need to be tightened to

The U bolt tensions need to be 108-147 NM or a little bit tighter...

Shocks need to be tensioned to 47-65 NM for the top nut and the bottom nut should be 17-23 NM...

This is all info for the rear but it is the same for the front, i recently did mine and just tightened everything as tight as possible... Make sure you retension the U-bolts after 50 kms... I am a Qualified Diesel Mechanic just to let you know. You can also buy Manuals from super cheap auto or Auto Pro etc... They are about $40 and are very helpful for any information at all...

  6. Remove the shaft lock.
  7. Remove the turn signal canceling cam assembly.
  8. Remove the upper bearing spring.
  9. Remove the thrust washer.
  10. Move the turn signal lever up, into the "right turn" position.
  11. Remove the multi-function lever.
  12. Remove the turn signal switch arm retaining screw.
  13. Remove the turn signal switch screws and let the switch hang freely.
  14. Remove the key from the lock cylinder set.
  15. Remove the buzzer switch assembly.
  16. Reinsert the key in the lock cylinder.
  17. Turn the key to the LOCK position.
  18. Remove the lock retaining screw and remove the lock cylinder.
  19. If equipped with cruise control, remove the housing cover end cap, unplug the cruise control connector and gently pull through the shroud, bowl, and steering column housing assembly.

Laptop shows good connection, but cannot connect.

May I recommend you download Network Magic (a Cisco Product - same as Linksys) and NM run its routine on your connection. Google it.

Free top download and use for eval period. read the deal at the web site

I use the paid pro version and I love it.
