You can often find them on Ebay. Just look for Electrolux or Aerus Floor Pro brushes. You can probably also find them under Electrolux shampooer brushes.
You can purchase them from the Aerus site and they will ship to you: https://www3.aerusonline.com/Electrolux/index.asp
Or go to http://www.aerushome.com/storelocator/ and follow the directions for the dealer nearest you. If close enough you can pick them up at the store, they can deliver to your door, or they can ship if you live several miles away..
However you will not fnd the manual for the 2101 posted here or readilly available on any other online reosurce site.
I have been in contact with Aerus Electrolux by email and have been advised to call 1-800-243-9078 regarding this. Please give this number a try and hopefully their Customer Service Representaive will be able to provide the manual you require.
Depends on the brand of shampooer you use. If it's the Electrolux (now Aerus) Floor Pro models, use the Home Solutions Turbo Shampoo specifically made for use for it.
It's available at Aerus Electrolux dealers in liter and gallon containers.
Electrolux Floor Pro shampooer and polisher (Aerus)
I'm not sure what your question is, but you'll probably need to take this to an Aerus Electrolux store for repair. They may not have the parts on hand, but can order them for you. While there, ask them to show you how to remove the brushes, or be sure to tell everyone who uses it how.
Any Aerus (once known as Electrolux) store will be able to order one for you. Find the one nearest you at the following site: http://www.aerushome.com/storelocator/
