First of all, you bought a cheap store brand fan! The red light is a battery indicator light, so check your battery. If that doesn't work, then you probably need a new transmitter or receiver or both.
You have a electrical power shortage, when componets demand power it's not there [ that's why some componets slow or stop working ]. Start by cleaning the battery terminals and testing the battery to see if it holds a proper charge [ after fully charging, let the battery sit for a few hours and check the voltage = it should be at least 12 volts. If not, replace. Then check the output of the charging system = mininum of 13.8 volts to maxinum of 15.3 volts, & up to 78 ampress when @ maxinum charing. Then check the starter draw = should be around 260 amps, if it's higher then 300 amps. then replace.
Indicates you have a bad Power Supply, to me. Weak voltage power rail.
1) ALL of the LED lights combined use less than 1 Watt of power. 2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts 3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts. Depends on what Processor it is.
(The Pavilion a6750f uses an ATX power supply, that has a maximum rated wattage of 300 Watts.
