Smores the pony not working - Hasbro Furreal Friends Butterscotch Pony

Also check the screw that had the nylon cord attached to it. It could be stuck causing the head not to turn.

That zipper is very difficult to get open, there is a plastic clasp that is holding it in from the top. You can try to break that clasp of, even though it really should not be done, you can if you absolutely need to. It was made to never really come apart. If possible you may need to "build" a custom box by combining multiple boxes to ship this item. Or a larger overall box, I personally can't recommend that you take it apart.
