I ran into the same issue, instead of buying a replacement remote I was able to dial in a Vip 211 dish network remote control with remote code 643 in AUX setting. Then once the code was in, i pressed the 6 key on the remote and now I can listen to audio on the music port. The 643 code refers to the first Panasonic amplifier/receiver in the code list. To further clarify, I pressed AUX for 4 seconds, pressed 2 to signal I am programming an amplifier/receiver device, then punched in 643 then pound sign.

If your OS is lower than XP you have the use the utility provided by D-link. It usually comes with a CD installer for its driver and utility.
