you can replace your usb port, or YOU CAN USE YOUR PENDRIVE IN ANOTHER COMPUTER, by which you will come to know that whether your USB port is OK or not.

Asking insert drive after inserting....

Hello sir,
Dont worry,your pen drive is not damaged, and you can easily recover your data without any problems..

For that,you have to go to transcend website and download this software;
(http://www.transcendusa.com/products/online_recovery.asp) and then you have to select repair and save data..

and then also if you dont get ur full data,you can download Pen drive recovery from many sites(search on google) and recover or else email me at [email protected] for full software..

Detection of pendrive is not possible

Solution:

i) Try to connect the pen drive on the back side of your computer tower, sometimes usb port present on the front panel of your computer might not work.....

pen drives generally have 3 to 5 years warranty, if your pen drives are not detectng on other systems also, its better to replace it

Have you tried this Transcend 4GB pen drive on another computer? Is it detected well there? Honestly, last time, when my Toshiba flash drive asked me to format for RAW file system error, I also felt really worried about inner data and tried many pen drive data recovery solutions online. And, fortunately, after scanning my USB drive with RAW file system pen drive data recovery software, I finally rescued most of my original files and videos.
Hence, if your pen drive also gets the same error on another computer, the related flash drive data recovery software also could be your chances to take everything desired back.
