Hello,
I am attempting to heat our oven to 350 degrees. It starts out @ 100 degrees and never goes beyond that, for example, after 1 hour. Is this likely the thermostat? If so, do you know where that component is located in this model oven? How could I test the component?
Thank you.

there is an ignitor bar that has to operate properly to open the gas saftey valve. the ignitor can glow but be weak so it wont open the gas valve. replace ignitor to slove problem
SOURCE: range does not work i
if its electric i would check continiuty on the elemnets or perhaps a faulty high limit thermostaton back wall of unit, if gas stove , most likely source of problem is faulty ignitor, check for 110v to ignito whrn on clicks on if you have power to ignitor and its not glowing thers your problem

I had the same problem before the warranty expired. The heating element had exploded and there was white powder all over the inside of the oven. They replaced the heating element and it works as it should, however, this oven has never baked right. It gets hotter on the right hand side than it does the left and I have to constantly watch whatever I bake. I'm not very happy with this oven.

Likely your oven igniter is bad. Part number 74007498
