Kenmore appliances have a three digit prefix in the model number. This indicates the manufacturer. Without the prefix, it's hard to fix the appliance. Kenmore doesn't have many older manuals available online to begin with. However, none of the common Kenmore sewing machine prefixes link to a model 77573. (Some Kenmore manuals are available here: https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/kenmore-sewing-machine-instruction-manuals.aspx?sort.ss_cat_sort=desc&index=302 .)
Please add a comment with the prefix and confirm the type of appliance that you have. Check if the actual model number shows additional digits, as well. For kitchen appliances, many of the prefixes are listed here: https://www.electrical-forensics.com/MajorAppliances/KenmoreWhoMadeIt.html . Some of the sewing machine prefixes are here https://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Manuals/kenmore_Sewing_Machines.htm .
Go to the proper symbology page scan the prefix start then find the tab character and scan it three times to add the prefix then scan the complete barcode for the prefix
"BELL" has no prefix because you didn't write one.
Some words can have several prefixes or suffixes. There is no answer to your question since you wrote a word without a prefix. It would be the same as asking what is the prefix of "manufacture" as this word has no prefix; however, if you asked what the prefix of the word "remanufacture" is, one could answer that the prefix is "re". If you asked what the prefix and suffix are of the word "re-manufacturable" I would answer with Prefix = re, Suffix = able.
What word has the prefix plac-? Surely you don't mean "place," which has no prefix. If you mean "placoderm," it means "plated" or "plate-like", and "-derm," means "skin." If you mean "placenta," I'm not sure it has a prefix, either. Plac- is probably more of a word root than a prefix.
