I need to replace the door gasket on a U-Line 75WC wine cooler.

The rubber door gasket that runs around the inside perimeter of the door is cracked and no longer sealing properly. I would like to find some instuctions for replavcing the gasket. The new gasket is being shipped.

Installing the gasket was easy. New gasket can just be pushed in with the palm of your hand. The u-line door does not need to be removed.

If the sensor of the thermostat is not on the evaporator plate then yes the thermostat will never be satisfied. Because it is not reading air temp only the evaporator plates temp. should be clamped onto the bottom of plate.

This happens when the racks get too close to the evaporator. Or bottles. You can try to use hot water but usually you will need to buy new racks for the unit.

U-line 75wc

2767-s is the correct thermostat for this. The only thing you will need to do is drillout the liner so the sensor can go in. Use permagum to seal around the hole. It should fit. You may need to bend the terminals 90 degrees.
