Can not lower the needle to pick up bobbin thread on my Singer Stylist 7358 machine

I have rethreaded the top thread many times. Checked the bobbin for burrs, rewound bobbin and checked it to see if it is bent. Oiled the bobbin.

Thank you for the suggestion. I already used the flashlight plus a big flood light to check for loose threads, there were none. I used a brush to clean the area also. The wheel will not budge.

Where the bobin is at re check the exterior of the part that spins you may have a thread stuck and keeping it in place use a flash light then replace bobbin as you depress the power controller asist the wheel this should free up the bobbin area and should run

SOURCE: my singer quantum stylist 9960 bobbin case squeaks while sewing the stitches are fine its just sounds terrible

Oil it! Put a drop of oil on everything hat moves every eight hours of operation," except plastic gears etc". Use only Singer oil on Singer machines. Plastic gears require a grease made from plant.. "Do not use petroleum based oils or grease on your machine,it will dissolve the plastic gears etc". used in your machine..

Testimonial: "but the manual says do not oil this machine"

SOURCE: bobbin bunches up

Classic burr on the hook problem would be my first guess. If the thread remains on the hook when it makes the next revolution all sorts of ugly things happen such as you described. I made a video that might help.

Troubles with the bobbin tension on the singer quantum 9960

the small flat spring on the bobbin holder under which you pull the thread is the tension setting for bobbin thread
it extremely delicate and just a partial turn of the screw that holds that spring in place has a large influence on the tension
mostly problems here are that the needle tension is insufficient and causes the problems

How do I correct excessive noise and rattling of bobbin in Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 model sewing machine?

Do NOT oil!!

You need to have the bobbin case replaced. I had mine replaced under warranty.

I tried to bring the inferior thread up after put in the bobbin but the needle do not pick up and stopping me for sewing

Is the bobbin put in right? Make sure the thread is coming off the bobbin in a counter-clockwise direction. Also make sure you're leaving enough thread coming off the bobbin for the top thread to grab hold of to pull up.
