My touuch screen is not charging when i plug it in to the computer how do i fix it

Hi Joey Miller there are a few things you can do to fix this problem. One is clean all ports on your computer and the phone. There could be dust in any of the ports. Next go to settings on your phone. This is not commonly know or done. In the settings you need to scroll down to the usb connection. It is going to ask you how you want to connect. it should be three choices ask on connection will allow you to charge your phone on the pc. But you will not be able to use all the phone functions.
