Red and Green Hor. Lines moving up through picture can be a bad filter in power supply or some equipment hooked up with interference from ac supply

Vizio does not make 37" plasma TV. for the green line problem, does it happen on all inputs or just when you what TV (cable or satellite)? That line should only be present on some channels due to signal processing compatibility. To get rid of it, you can use the horizontal size adjustment and expand the picture side way.

It's possible that the motherboard or the controller board for the screen is defective. At this point, I would use the warranty from Vizio. It should be no doubt that it covered. Here's the info you will need from the Vizio web site.

Remove the TV cabinet to expose the circuit boards and plug and unplug the connectors the main circuit board, that many times will fix the issue.

If the line is horizontal then it could be a y-drive panel ( depending on from ctr where it is ) whether it is the upper or lower board. Time to let a service company look at it, don't wait, more damage is possible the longer you play it.If it goes vertical ( up & down ) then it could be one of two buffer boards.

that is normal, many tv's have this, just change the screen size, does this happen on hd channels too? or only regular channels?

I have the same tv, if you turn up the brightness and turn down the contrast that should help a little bit.... Hope this helps

Try changing the H/V position in the TV Set Up menu. You can adjust the horizontal and vertical position of the screen and move it enough that the green line disappears from the screen.
