Software PDT6800-NOS64000 Hello, I can't build the .hex files to upload to the terminal PDT6800, the terminal only has 640 Kb in memory, where I get the software needed to fix the problem and put in working the terminal. I found software but is for the same model with 1 Mb memory and this is greater than the 640Kb that I have in the terminal. I tryed to upload that .hex program in the terminal, but don't load flashdisk and the like (not enough memory) It work with OS dr dos Caldera. Thanks Carl

3- then save this file by this name Xp.reg

4 -After you save the file run it and restarts your Pc

I've seen this fault many many times. Its either a software fault which can be remedied by reloaded the software lwp.hex, udp.hex and the application or a hardware fault where the flash chips are not being accessed correctly.

So basically try and reload, if that fails it will need to be repaired.

The PDT6840 has 3 files loaded into it at any one time LWP.HEX, UDP.HEX and an application. SLOADI comes up on the screen during boot. You may require reloading of the software to enable this function again.

The only way to make a torrent run any faster would be to increase your upload speed within the program. Torrents usually work on a speed ratio, meaning if your upload speed is set to 10 KB, your download may be capped at 200 KB.... if you up it to 20 KB upload then you'll max out at 400 KB down..

But, most of the time this isn't affecting anything, especially in utorrent. The most likely scenario is that the people you are getting it from have very slow connections or have many people getting the file at once. That's the downsides of torrents, it can take days or even weeks to download some files.

use TCM to configure the software you require to upload (and where it goes)

then use the hex loader to upload to the terminal.
