Try unplugging the Refrigerator first and letting it remain off for at least 24hrs but I would recommend 48hrs. Put your food in coolers or store at a neighbors. Sometimes the small "break" from operation is all it needs. Its worked for me twice before and saved me a lot of money.

Samsung rs2630sh not cooling or freezing

If it has fan to deliver cold air, and it is not working, cold air is stuck on the begining. So your fan could be dead. And I suppose, that compressor is running all the time. Even compressor could stert freezing if fan does not deliver cold air in fridge. The other option is, that there is not enough gas in the compressor. In this case compressor vould not be freezing, but line, going out of compressor has to be hot, if it is not, there is no gas.

Kenmore Coldspot side by side fridge/freezer no longer cold.

The black thing is the compressor. It should run warm but not hot. This usually indicates it's time to clean the condenser coils under the refrigerator. Try using a long soft brush and your vacuum cleaner.

Hot to touch

there is another fan at the bottom, rear, of the refigerator. remove the bootom panel and look at the cooling fins to make sure they are not bent into the fan blades. Caefully bend the fins away from the fan. this should improve the cooling of the refrigerator and get rid of the hot spot on the rail between the refrigerator and freezer.

Losing coldness in freezer and fridge. side panels near freezer door are extremely hot to the touch. bottom back of the fridge is extremely hot.

Condenser is in need of being cleaned badly or your fan motor to cool the condenser is not operating. Compressor is overheating. Removed the panel in back of the refrigerator and clean the condenser so air can freely pass over it for heat removal. Allow compressor to cool off before restarting it.
