Top Freezer works fine but there is no ice building up in freezer the bottom fridge not cooling properlyThings are not as cold as they should be

That is not a good model number. Is it a top mount freezer or side by side? Generally in electrolux the freezer is what cooks the fridge, if fridge is not cooling, it could be several things causing it.
1. Damper not opening
2. Damper has ice build up
3. The return has ice build up
4. The freezer evap assembly is not defrosting to allow air flow.
5. The evap fan is not turning.

You may have Ice buildup in the freezer. You freezer has a fan in the bak that sends the cool air to the fridge. Your fridge dial determines how muh cold air comes from the freezer. Try defrosting the freezer. You may have to pull the back panel off of the inside of the freezer to get the ice thawed. The ice build up is likely causing the air to not get to the fridge. defrost the freezer.

All your cold air for the fridges comes from your freezer compartment.If you are haveing ice build up in the freezer comparment there may be an issue with your defrost circuit.

While the unit is in a cooling mode open the freezer door and listen to for the fan running in the freezer this is the evaporator fan that circulates the cold air to your fridge compartment if it is not running replace it.

If it does run try and check your defrost circuit and make sure the unit goes into the defrosat cycle

Sounds like the fan in the freezer is not working ( pt# WR60X190 ) .

I have a side by side jenn-air refrigerator, the freezer compartment working fine and making ice like it should, however the refrigerator compartmant is not cooling, no cold air is felt, I need advise.

The top part of my fridge is not working properly.It is not keeping food cold. The bottom freezer unit is working fine. I have cleaned the back and I have unplugged the fridge and plugged it in again. I have also turn the buttons off and on inside the fridge.
