Yes you should cook any veg before freezing. you will know by the smell and slimy texture of the flesh inside if it has gone bad.

Can I freeze peeled pumpkin without par cooking

Yes. Peel and scoop out the seeds. Cut into about 1 inch chunks. Put it into a freezer bag loosely (or a food saver (sealer) bag - preferred). Will last about a year in the freezer. Don't pack too tightly in the bag or it will stick together.

Can I freeze homemade cheesecake

No. the cheese base will "break" and have a weird texture. Cheesecakes keep for about a week in the fridge. If you need a smaller size, use 1 8 oz brick of cream cheese, 1 large egg and 1/4 cuo of sugar over a graham cracker crust to make 6 cheesecake cupcakes.

My front door which opens outward freezes shut, how can I fix this problem?

Spray some cooking spray on the rubber seals around the car doors and then rub it with a paper towel. The doors freeze because of snow melting into the seals and freezing overnight; the cooking spray oils should protect against that melting water. You can try also some silicone spray.

How to freeze beetroot

experts recommend cooking the beets before you put them in the freezer. If you freeze raw beets, they might not remain as fresh and might also become grainy. You can freeze beets raw, but they might not have a long shelf life. After buying some fresh beets, you need to chop them into small pieces.
