Mp navigator download mp navigator driver from website but it shows scanner driver are not supported download it and then try again

him try to Uninstall and reinstall the mp navigator program . remember to restart your pc after instalation

When the MX300 printer driver installed, will automatically be installed Canon MP Navigator. Canon MP Navigator function to activate the scanner. Try to search for Canon MP Navigator icon, on the desktop or START menu.

If Canon MP Navigator is not installed, you can download here Canon Service & Support. Open link, then select the operating system you use, download Canon MP Navigator, then install.

You can download the drivers from Canon's website (http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support) and select the right category and model for your printer. if you have a problem with the MP navigator, uninstall everything for the Canon MP , turn off the printer, UNPLUG the cable that connects the printer to your computer. Now re-install both the software and the drivers. Once that is completed, turn the machine back on and plug in the cord that connects the printer to your computer (this is when it automatically downloads the driver needed for the software to work- MP navigator- and the scanner).

I have a mp470. Try this before the driver download. Click Start, click all programs, select Canon utilities, select mp navigator, click on mp navigator again. On my pc this opens a window where I can select Scan/import from the platen or from a memory card. If this does not work here is a link to Canon to get your drivers. Note: turn off and uninstall your MP250 before installing the new drivers. Select your operating system from the list and select your desired drivers.

1. Go into device manager and find the scanner
2. Right click and choose update driver.
3. Select the driver manually from list and update.

Try uninstalling it and downloading it again. Did it seem to doanload pretty quickly? Sometimes a download can be corrupted or not all of the file downloads but Windows thinks it has.
Try that and let me know.

I had the EXACT same problem at first and I somehow solved it. All I did was restart the computer, unplug the cables and replugged them again. Started MP navigator and it worked!
