When I go to menu and setup, I am unable to access the "TV" option so that I can start scanning for channels. (I am trying to hook up the tv to a digital antenna). "TV" does appear as an option but when I hit the up or down keys to get to it, it skips over it every time. The antenna appears to be securely hooked up to the tv so I'm not sure what the issue could be.
SOURCE: Olevia is not picking up my cable channels
pick up the remote turn on tv....press menu...setup....tv....then channel scan....(note your tv should also be on cable broadcast not air)...hope this is helpful
SOURCE: no tv signal on my olevia 232-s12
cable or Ant.. ? after the scan if there is no channels found (0 digital, 0 analog) then try with cable or Ant to see if any of them work.. if they still don't pick up any channels and the whole yellow progress line goes across.. then it sounds like the tuner on the tv is bad.. and the tuner is part of the main-board so the whole main-board will have to be exchange or repair.. contact Amergence technology they are a 3rd party repair center that service Olevia TV's and they will be able to give you an idea on the repair cost..

Sorry not be able to solve the problem. I have exactly the same problem. So it is not related to anything you've done. Something faulty in the TV. It happened after 1.5 years in my case. Any tech support link appreciated
