Your cellphone have a problem on the program it need to be reformat. If you going to format your cellphone just follow this steps;
Firt remove the sim card and the memory card on your cellphone. Then press the Call Sign + * + 3 and hold that key. By pressing that keys switch on your cellphone and hold the power button after the Nokia logo appears on the screen that the time you unhold the power button. Don't release the Call Sign + * + 3 when you release the power button. If the phone are finished formatting that's the time you release those keys. Note, if you release each one of those keys while the phone are formatting you did not finished that process. All you can do is to back and perform again that procedure.
